will help give the positive peer pressure they will need for support. And then finally, I’m going to create a “scoreboard” of sorts. I’m going to have a digital display showing the increasing number of teachers implementing computational thinking in their class. I am looking for a simple way to collect and share student success from the project as well. This will add another layer to the peer influence.
A positive peer influence will help the project be more successful. I want to use this spirit and network to also help the project be sustainable without me. If the future of this implementation depends solely on my presence and efforts, then it is a temporary fix. I’m not looking to put something in temporary. I wanted to be a lasting presence in our building and even spread beyond.
